For Volume & Length:

Step 1: Apply the Blinc White Lash Primer to clean, dry lashes from root to tip, ensuring each lash is evenly coated.
Step 2: Wait 30 seconds between coats and apply multiple layers for a thicker, longer, and more voluminous lash base.
Step 3: Once the primer is fully dry, follow with your favorite Blinc mascara to seal and extend the volume and length.
