Apply on clean, dry lashes. Start at the base and wiggle the wand upward to the tips. For added volume, length, and separation, apply additional coats while the mascara is still wet. Do not wait for it to set. Blinc’s Original Tubing mascara takes about 30 to 60 seconds to fully set and begin forming tiny “tubes” around your lashes. Once it sets, you can no longer build.
