1. Start with wet skin – Use it in the shower or bath after your skin is damp.
2. Take an appropriate amount – Scoop out a small amount of the scrub from the jar.
3. Apply in circular motions – Massage the scrub gently over your body in circular motions, especially targeting rougher areas like elbows, knees, ankles.
4. Rinse thoroughly – After massaging, rinse the scrub off completely with warm water.
